Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, commonly known as ABS, combines three unique compounds to create a versatile and cost effective thermoplastic polymer. An impact resistant and durable product with low moisture absorption rates, ABS is easily manufactured for indoor and outdoor applications, including appliance parts, automotive trim, and enclosures. Parts made with ABS can be joined with machine screws, bolts, nuts, rivets, and spring steel fasteners.
MARINE GRADE ABS
A versatile and cost effective thermoplastic product, ABS combines three unique compounds to create a durable and environmentally friendly material. Aqua-Plas® V is a specially engineered ABS polymer designed and formulated for the marine environment. Unique characteristics of Aqua-Plas® V include moisture resistance, screw retention up to 1000 lbs/psi, and a rigid design used in cleat blocks, bulkheads, stringers, and transoms inserts.
Designed to replace metal, the semi-crystalline polymer, Acetal, combines stiffness and strength with durability and lubricity without the need for glass reinforcement. Boasting excellent product fusion and a wide range of temperature performance levels, Acetal offers a thinner, lighter, and more flexible design than leading market products. Acetal is easily manufactured for a variety of industrial and consumer applications including automotive parts and innovative medical devices.
ALUMINUM COMPOSITE MATERIAL
Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) sheet is made of two thin layers of aluminum bonded on either side of a polyethylene core. Because of its durability, dimensional stability, strength, and lightweight, ACM is commonly used for exterior and interior signage, in construction for building cladding, insulation, and wall linings, and as a substitute for steel in many applications.
CAST ACRYLIC SHEET
Wherever clarity and strength are required, Cast Acrylic Sheet is the clear solution. Cast acrylic sheet is a lightweight plastic sheet with high impact resistance and optical clarity. Cast acrylic sheet boasts a higher molecular weight than extruded acrylic sheet, has a better resistance to crazing when exposed to solvents and a harder surface. Cast acrylic sheet is also available in a large variety of custom colors.
CONTINUOUS CAST ACRYLIC SHEET
A cost-effective alternative to cell cast sheet, Continuous Cast Acrylic Sheet is created by pouring polymerized acrylic onto steel platforms, then continually heating and cooling it between highly polished steel plates to control curing and produce an exceptionally clear and stable final product. Continuous cast acrylic sheets are superior to the traditional cell cast sheets in maintaining a consistent and uniform thickness throughout the entire sheet.
EXTRUDED ACRYLIC SHEET
A versatile and all-purpose acrylic sheet with multi-functional properties, Extruded Acrylic Sheet is a workhorse for a large variety of applications including point of purchase displays, lighting, signage, and framing just to name a few. Extruded acrylic sheet is easy to cut, glue, polish, bend and thermoform. Crystal clear and color-tinted options are available featuring no distortion or yellowing and offer better optical quality than glass.
MARINE GRADE ACRYLIC SHEET
Marine Grade products are designed specifically for the marine industry. Marine grade acrylic is the sheet choice of leading boat builders because of its high impact resistance, reducing the chance of breakage from screw insertion and the extreme stresses of the marine environment.
In our effort to supply the highest quality materials, each batch is tested at the factory to ensure consistency and fabrication performance. Our marine grade acryllic is also backed by an extended 10-year warranty, the highest in the industry. Common uses include cabin doors, bent companionway doors, windshields, consoles, hatches and boat dash panels.
ACRYLIC MIRROR SHEET
Acrylic Mirror is a lightweight, reflective thermoplastic sheet material used to enhance the look and safety of displays, POP, signage, and a variety of fabricated parts. Acrylic mirror is ideal for retail, food, advertising, and security applications.
A durable vacuum metalizing process makes acrylic mirror sheet virtually scratch-resistant during fabrication processes and end use. Ideal for use where glass is too heavy or may easily crack or shatter, plastic mirror is a durable alternative to traditional mirrors. For this reason, acrylic mirror can be used to replace glass for mirrors in schools, yoga or dance studios, hospitals, prisons and jails, homes and anywhere safety is a concern.
In addition to sheet products, acrylic can be extruded or cast into a variety of plastic shapes, known as profiles. These include round acrylic rod, tube, z-bar, w-bar, and hinge profiles, among others. A cast acrylic profile is made from material poured into a mold, while an extruded acrylic profile is pressed out of a machine or die. Each method offers different advantages.
SIGN GRADE ACRYLIC SHEET
Providing superior impact resistance, along with all of the other advantages of acrylic sheets, sign grade acrylic is a uniquely durable product and the workhorse of the sign industry. Generally, sign grade acrylic is 10 times stronger than general-purpose acrylic and 30 times stronger than double-strength window glass. A variety of impact blends are available, depending on your application. Sign grade acrylic (often referred to as impact-modified acrylic) is the preferred product for many types of signage, including channel letters, flat and pan-faced signs, and vacuum-formed applications.
SPECIALTY ACRYLIC SHEET
Acrylic is a highly versatile plastic that is easily fabricated and offers superior clarity and durability in a range of applications. Acrylic sheet is often used as a lightweight and cost efficient replacement for glass, and can be treated with specialty glazing for enhanced breakage resistance or UV filtering.
ALUMINUM SHEET & COIL
Aluminum is a soft, lightweight, nonmagnetic element. Its pliability and durability make this metal ideal for a variety of applications that require forming and shaping. Aluminum is also resistant to corrosion and does not absorb water. These properties make aluminum ideal for outdoor signage where weatherability and strength are important.
Digitally printed banner material can be used in many markets for a wide range of applications. The most commonly used material is a heavy weight, front-lit PVC banner (Horizon). Once printed, banner materials can be finished with grommets, hems, pockets, and seams for a polished, professional appearance.

Falconboard® is heat resistant to 300° Fahrenheit and maintains excellent beam and compression strength versus traditional foam material. Falconboard®’s unique corrugated sheet can handle the most demanding of graphic display applications due to its superior rigidity and dimensional stability. This enables printing directly onto the structure compared to most other display board configurations where you have to print first and then mount onto a rigid substrate.

Polycarbonate is highly impact resistant and performs well in a variety of environments, including high temperature ranges. Polycarbonate film offers exceptional clarity and is easily thermoformed and molded. Compatible with most ink, polycarbonate film is ideal for menu boards, labels, and name plates, and its tamper proof qualities make polycarbonate film a good choice for identification cards. Polycarbonate film is an ideal printing medium since it can be dried quickly at elevated temperatures.
Polyethylene terephthalate or polyester (PET) is a versatile plastic widely used in many applications. PET exhibits good chemical resistance and is a tough, durable plastic as compared with other commodity resins in a similar performance and price range.
The dimensional stability of polyester film or PET film has found application in laminates, membrane circuitry, electronic insulation, carrier films, face shields and any number of graphic arts applications.
RIGID VINYL FILM
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) comes in rigid and flexible forms. Rigid Vinyl Film (PVC Film) is a thermoplastic polymer used in construction, food and non-food packaging, signage, and bank, gift, or loyalty cards.
PVC is known for its excellent flame retardance, strength, and impact resistance.
Fluted (corrugated) Polypropylene (PP) sheet, a polyolefin product, is a lightweight, material known for its versatility across many industries and applications. Fluted PP is used in Graphic Arts, Packaging, Agriculture, Automotive and Industrial markets. Common applications include signage, trade show and retail display, binding/stationary, crates, as separators or liners in packaging, vehicle trunk liners, and more. Sturdy, reusable, recyclable, returnable, waterproof fluted polypropylene shipping containers are superior to corrugated paper and perfect for fresh-cut asparagus and celery, vine-picked grapes, and ice-packed corn and broccoli. Polypropylene offers good resistance to chemical or acid attacks and has low moisture absorption and superior electrical insulation.
MARINE GRADE PVC FOAM SHEET
FPVC (foam polyvinyl chloride sheet) is a lightweight alternative to solid PVC and other materials, handling heavy loads with ease and maintaining its good looks in the process. For marine applications.
PVC FOAM SHEET
A versatile and durable product, PVC Foam Sheet or expanded PVC is a durable, closed cell, free foam PVC sheet material that combines a rigid exterior and matte finish. PVC Foam Sheet is often referred to by its trade names, including but not limited to, Palight®, Sintra®, Komatex®, and Celtec®. Expanded PVC‘s unique characteristics make it ideal for POP displays, signage, kiosks, dimensional lettering, and display boards.
We carry a variety of products for a range of applications including signage, dimensional lettering, packaging, and preservation. Densities in foam sheet products range from soft and lightweight to very rigid, based on the foam’s cell structure. Open cell foam is soft and lightweight where as closed cell foam is very rigid.
PAPER FACED FOAM BOARD
Paper faced foam board, also known as Fome-Cor® and Foam Board, is a preferred material used for artistic canvases, mounting, backing and framing photographs, and 3-D designs. The board consists of three layers of material, two inner layers of extruded polystyrene foam and an outer layer of either white clay-coated paper or brown craft paper.
STYRENE FACED FOAM SHEET
Styrene Faced Foam Sheets are perfect for signage, dimensional lettering, packaging, and preservation. Gatorplast® is comprised of extruded polystyrene foam bonded between two layers of high-impact polystyrene cap sheets. Gatorplast is lightweight, water-resistant and its smooth, high-impact facers resist warping. There is no need to prime Gatorplast's surface prior to screen-printing. Another advantage is that vinyl graphics are repositionable.
WOOD FIBER FACED FOAM SHEET
Wood Fiber Faced Foam Sheets and panels are used in both indoor and outdoor applications, such as framing, signage and exhibits.
For example, we offer products like Gatorfoam®, also called Gator board. Gatorfoam® is a display board made from durable extruded polystyrene foam faced with a wood fiber veneer. Rigid and lightweight, Gatorboard is available in white, black, or a natural wood grain veneer and is used for framing, POP displays, signage, exhibits, and more.
HDPE (HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE)
HDPE (High-density polyethylene) is a thermoplastic derived from petroleum. It is a versatile product with low moisture absorption, excellent impact resistance, high tensile strength, and good chemical and corrosion resistance. HDPE’s properties make it a preferred choice for a wide variety of indoor and outdoor applications such as bottles, furniture, kick plates, fuel tanks, lockers, playground equipment, packaging, food processing equipment, and boat, RV, and emergency vehicle interiors.
HDPE CUTTING BOARD (HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE)
High Density Polyethylene, commonly known as HDPE, is an excellent material for cutting boards because of its high impact strength, low moisture absorption, and strong chemical and corrosion resistance. Cutting boards made from premium HDPE sheet provide users with a solid, sanitary work space for food preparation and packaging.
HIGH IMPACT POLYSTYRENE (HIPS)
Polystyrene is a synthetic polymer product that comes in foam or solid form. It is one of the most common plastics in the world. Molded or sheet polystyrene is used for packaging, bottles, trays, dishes, disposable razors, and many other objects. High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) can be used in many print applications, including promotional signs, display materials, garden stakes and tags, posters, and retail packaging, as well as 3D lenticular or moving images (images that give an illusion of depth or movement).
HIGH PERFORMANCE MATERIALS
We offer a full line of high-performance plastics that are used in virtually every industry by engineers, designers, machine shops, and fabricators. High-performance plastics meet higher requirements than standard plastics and are also referred to as high-temperature plastics, high-performance polymers, high-performance thermoplastics or high-tech plastics.
Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride, commonly known as CPVC, is a rigid vinyl thermoplastic that maintains excellent corrosion resistance at temperatures up to 200° Fahrenheit. CPVC is a chemically resistant product with flame resistivity and good tensile strength that can also be machined, fabricated and welded, making it a solution for many markets and applications that necessitate solutions with higher temperature resistance.
Industrial PVC (polyvinyl-chloride) is a synthetic plastic polymer that comes in two basic forms: rigid and flexible. Rigid PVC is often used in the construction industry for piping, door trim, columns and window trim whereas flexible PVC is used in applications such as tubing, die-cut parts, industrial curtains and spacer stock. PVC is offered in three different grades, Type I, II and CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl-chloride) with Type II and CPVC most often used in tubing due to its heat, chemical, and impact resistance.

Kydex sheet is extremely durable and offered in a range of colors, patterns, textures, thicknesses, and grades. Kydex maintains superior dimensional stability and can easily be cleaned with no staining, fading or surface damage. Kydex sheet is a great candidate for a multitude of applications, ranging from trade shows and events to medical applications. Unlike other thermoplastics, Kydex offers sheet grades that do not require pre-drying prior to forming. Kydex® Thermoplastic Sheet is manufactured by SEKISUI Polymer Innovations®.
LDPE (LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE)
LDPE (Low-density polyethylene) is a monomer thermoplastic with good impact and chemical resistance. LDPE is lighter and more flexible than HDPE, which makes it a great choice for prosthetic devices, most of which are either drape formed or vacuum formed. Its impact resistance makes it ideal for impact pads, while its ease of machinability, thermoforming performance and resistance properties make it a great choice for fabricated parts where impact, chemical, or corrosion resistance is demanded.
LED-based lighting products are poised to replace legacy light sources in virtually all general lighting applications, both indoors and out. While LED lighting has always been a popular choice for backlit and display applications, it is also now being sourced more frequently for applications involving signage, interior lighting, emergency and custom vehicles, refrigeration, and even horticulture.
LOUVERS, LENSES & COVERS
We offer a variety of louvers, lenses and covers designed to enhance lighting experiences for office environments, retail environments, and manufacturing facilities. Louvers control and focus light while lenses and covers spread and soften light distribution, while also shielding light emitters from distributing particles into the environment.
Vinyl is a strong, durable, low-cost material that is available in a variety of forms. It is resistant to moisture and temperature extremes. Its versatility makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. Flexible vinyl magnet can be attached to a flexible magnetic material for attractive, easy-to-hang signage. Magnetic signs are a low cost alternative to lettering directly on a vehicle or other surface.
MARINE GRADE POLYOLEFIN
Marine Grade Polyolefins are known for their ability to resist rotting, swelling, splintering, discoloring or delaminating when exposed to humidity, water, or the sun. Marine grade polyolefins offer superior flexibility and toughness to the marine market and often last longer than teak and other common marine materials. Marine grade polyolefins offer consistent thicknesses, color and are UV stabilized to resist degradation by direct sunlight.
Cast Nylon is an extremely versatile thermoplastic resin. It can contribute significantly to weight and noise reduction, lubrication savings, and gear life extension and as an engineering material, cast nylon is highly resistant to impact, wear, and vibration. Its physical properties and price point make it a superior choice over metal and rubber in many mechanical applications.
Because of its physical properties and reasonable cost, nylon is one of the most common general-purpose products in the engineering plastics family. Nylon’s toughness, resistance to wear and tensile strength make it ideal for a wide variety of machined parts. Nylon is also light in weight - 1/7th the weight of bronze. Nylon also exhibits a low coefficient of friction and it is chemically and thermally resistant.
OVERLAMINATES AND ADHESIVE FILMS
Over-laminating and adhesive films are used in printed applications for mounting, laminating and encapsulating. These films are typically available in heat-activated, heat-set and pressure-sensitive varieties.
Over-laminates are clear films with adhesive backing that are typically used in digital printing, floor graphics, and window graphics. These films are applied to the top or front side of an image or product to impart protection from abrasion, moisture, and other potentially damaging effects in both indoor and outdoor environments. An over-laminating film can also be used for encapsulating by applying the film to both sides of an image or product.
An adhesive film can be used to bond a printed image to a substrate or surface. Adhesives can be applied to the face or back of an image depending on the finished product.
PAPERS, FABRICS AND FILMS
Advertising, personalization, and customized messaging have become a fact of everyday life, and a part of virtually every venue around us. Wide format printers today need a broad line of digital media to print on our ever expanding customized landscape.
Photo papers in multiple weights and sizes are always in demand to provide ageless beauty to precious prints. Papers in general continue to be used as promotional products that are cost effective and offer a wide range of sizes and textures for everything from point-of-purchase (POP) to in-store graphics. Poplin, cotton, and polyester fabric and fabrics woven of various blends continue to advance in scope as more applications continue to be developed for both direct print and dye-sublimated prints. Film products such as polypropylene (synthetic paper), backlit films, and various polyesters continue to grow in many specialty applications.
PETG is a thermoplastic that can be used in a wide variety of markets in a number of different applications. PETG offers excellent clarity, good impact strength, superior thermoforming and fabrication characteristics, and excellent resistance to chemicals. The material is tougher than acrylic and impact-modified acrylic, providing fabricators with durable, long-lasting parts. PETG’s superior thermoforming characteristics allow it to be cold bent without showing any stress whitening, making it optimal for retail display cases and store fixtures among many other applications.
Phenolics are hard, dense materials made by applying heat and pressure to varying weighted layers of paper, cotton, or a glass fabric mix that is impregnated with a synthetic resin. Phenolics are approximately half the weight of aluminum and their physical toughness resists abrasion, friction, as well as impact and material fatigue.
Polycarbonate is a transparent thermoplastic sheet material used where impact resistance, dielectric properties, flame-retardance, and insulation characteristics are important. The excellent transparency, toughness, and low moisture absorption of polycarbonate sheet make it ideal for outdoor applications such as window glazing, safety guards, skylights, security glazing, sign faces, riot shields, and enclosures.
SIGN GRADE POLYCARBONATE
Sign Grade Polycarbonate is a high quality, UV-resistant thermoplastic sheet product. Many times stronger than acrylic, sign grade polycarbonate sheet exhibits exceptional weatherability and superior impact strength. Sign grade polycarbonate sheet is used primarily for flat and thermoformed sign faces and channel letters in both electrical and non-electrical signage.
SPECIALTY POLYCARBONATE SHEET
Specialty polycarbonate sheet comes in many formulations to suit a number of applications including coated polycarbonate for mar, scratch and chemical resistance, FDA compliant polycarbonate for food and beverage, flame retardant polycarbonate, high optical clarity polycarbonate, and laminated polycarbonate for bullet and forced entry protection.
Polyethylene Film (PE Film) is a thin plastic sheeting most often provided in rolls that exhibit excellent tape adhesion and lightweight durability. PE film is commonly used as a protective barrier in applications such as concrete and mortar, exterminating, pest control, waterproofing, painting, and renovations. PE film is also used in agriculture for weed barriers and greenhouse coverings. Resistant to water, rot, wrinkles, and chemicals, PE film can be reused and stands up to UV degradation for several years.
Polypropylene is available in homopolymer, co-polymer, orthotic, and prosthetic grades. Polypropylene is a versatile polymer used in a plethora of applications that require chemical and corrosion resistance, high impact resistance, and high strength to weight ratio. Polypropylene meets FDA and USDA guidelines, does not absorb moisture and is easy to form. These qualities make polypropylene a very sought after solution for many day-to-day and industrial applications.
Polyurethane shapes are typically available in sheet, tube, and rod configurations with formulations covering an extremely wide range of stiffness, hardness and densities, and include low-density flexible and rigid foams, soft elastomers and hard solid plastics. Unique features include superior tear and abrasion resistance, substrate adhesive abilities, excellent load bearing and flex fatigue, and compression resistance. Polyurethane products are often cost-effective when compared to extrusion or injection molding processes due to their small production run capabilities. The material competes alongside traditional steel, aluminum, ceramic and rubber materials.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), generally referred to as Teflon® (a registered trademark of DuPont), is a synthetic, nontoxic, fluorocarbon-based polymer that is widely used in many applications. PTFE’s low coefficient of friction, excellent electrical properties, high chemical resistance, and stability in wide temperature ranges make it a choice material for electrical and thermal applications like coil separators and terminals, as well as high-temperature seals, insulators, and bearings.
Composed of silicone or urethane materials, sealants are used to close small gaps between surfaces such as glass, wood, brick, varying types of stone, tile, and rigid plastic surfaces with an airtight seal. Sealants can be described as higher-strength, adhesive-derived or as low-strength putties, waxes, and caulks. Varying properties include weakness or strength as well as flexibility and rigidness. Sealants serve as a barrier against water, air, temperature, noise, dust, insects, and in some cases as a fire retardant. Sealants are classified by their physical form into three categories: one-component, two-component, and sealant tape.
Sign vinyl is available in both calendered and cast grades. Both types of sign vinyl offer flexibility, print compatibility, an array of colors, and the durability to withstand indoor or outdoor conditions. Typically, projects that require a longer lasting application will utilize a cast sign vinyl, as some of these vinyls can last upwards of 8-10 years.

UHMW (ULTRA HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE) REPROCESSED
Reprocessed UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is a machinable thermoplastic that serves as an economical and environmentally friendly option for non-food applications. Like virgin UHMW, reprocessed UHMW is a highly durable, cost-efficient, and versatile material with superior impact and chemical resistance. Its durability, extremely low coefficient of friction, and inherent lubricity make UHMW ideal for applications where high levels of friction are likely to arise.
UHMW (ULTRA HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE) - VIRGIN
